Do you provide any reports that show what you did as far as all the updates, security patches, and status of every machine on our network so we know for SURE our systems have been secured and updated?

Our clients get a detailed report that shows an overall health score of their network and the updates to their antivirus, security settings, patches and other important network checks (like hard drive space, backups, etc.).

Why do you insist on Remote Monitoring?

A.

The remote monitoring system watches over your network 24/7 constantly looking for potential problems and security issues so that we can address them before they cause problems.

We Already Have IT Support In Place But We Would Like To OutSource Our Help Desk. Can That Be Done?

A.

Yes. We would be happy to work with your existing IT people or handle everything completely. We provide excellent service as an extension of your existing IT department.

Do You Bill Hourly or Flat Rate?

A.

Dia Systems bills everything on a flat rate. We find this works out better for our customers. They know exactly what they are paying each month for their IT services. The only exception to this are those customers that are on a retainer fee. They are billed at an hourly rate which is subtracted from their retainer fee when the work is completed.

Will We Be Locked Into A Long Term Commitment?

No. You will have options on how long of a commitment that you want to be in. We have short and long term agreements.

Will I Get A Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

Yes, we provide service level agreements to all of our customers detailing your expectations from us and vice versa.

Do You Provide Support To Residential People?

A.

At the moment we do not support residential customers. We will however provide support to work at home employees that require IT support.

Can We Try Out Your Services To See If We Like It?

What Types Of Businesses Do You Support?

We support all types of businesses. Lawyers, CPA’s, Doctor’s offices, Health offices, Insurance offices, Construction companies, Marketing companies, and Churches to name a few. We even support other IT companies when they need additional help.

Will We Get Reports On All The Tickets That We Have Submitted?

Yes. You will get a report at the end of each month detailing your service requests.

Do You Provide Ad Hoc Services?

Yes. We can work with you on an as-needed basis. These customers use us on a retainer.

Does My Business Have To Be Local To You?

No. Your business does not have to be local. We support businesses out of state as well. All you need is an internet connection.

How Long Has Dia Systems Been Around?

We have been around providing break/fix services since 1998 but became a Managed Services Provider in 2009.

We Only Have A Few Users. Is My Business Too Small?

A.

Not at all. We specialize in supporting Small to Medium businesses. We can support as little as 1 or 2 users if that is your need. We are comfortable supporting 1-250 users but can accommodate you if you have more. That is not a problem!

How Much Does It Cost For An Assessment And Quote?

Dia Systems does not charge anything at all to do an assessment of all of your IT needs to provide a quote. We do not believe in this tactic. We feel that all businesses should be educated on what is needed to have a secure, smooth running IT environment. We would love to speak with you about your IT needs.
