  2. We will not nickel and dime you – We don’t believe in milking our customers and charging for every little thing. We offer a flat monthly fee that covers all of your problems. If you are a retainer customer and you happen to have a small problem going on, many times we will not deduct from your retainer if it’s a quick fix.
  3. No geek talk – We understand that everyone is not tech savvy. Our technicians will always break it down in plain English to you so that you can clearly understand.
  4. One Stop Shop – We will handle all of your IT needs. If you’re having software or hardware issues, we’ve got you covered. We also will take care of all of your backup needs, file sharing needs, network security needs, VOIP needs, vendor needs, and anything else that you can think of.

  6. Antivirus Protection – We include this with all of our flat monthly fee agreements. This makes our customer’s lives better as well as ours. We feel this is a necessity when successfully supporting any business. Many companies charge extra for this.

In most cases, if your problem is that you do not have an internet connection, we can walk you through restoring it by guiding you over the phone. If your problem is caused by your internet provider, we can work directly with them on your behalf to get your services restored. Many of our customers are out of state and we successfully support them no matter where they are. Just ask them!
  10. We can work with your existing IT Department – It does not have to be all or nothing. We would be happy to work with your existing IT people or handle everything completely. We provide excellent service as an extension of your existing IT department.
